Step 1: Contact us. You can call us at (604) 552-6941, email info@borderpharmacy.com, or submit a transfer request through our website. Just let us know which medications you'd like to transfer.
Step 2: Provide your current pharmacy details. We'll need the name and location of your current pharmacy. You don't need to call them yourself — our team handles the transfer on your behalf.
Step 3: We handle the rest. Our pharmacists will contact your previous pharmacy, verify the prescription details, and complete the transfer. Most transfers are processed within one business day.
Step 4: Pick up or get it delivered. Once the transfer is complete, you can pick up your medications in-store at our East Hastings location, or have them shipped directly to your door anywhere in Canada.
There is no fee to transfer your prescriptions, and our pharmacists will review your medication history as part of the process to ensure everything is accurate and up to date.
